Another incredibly successful Rally, where the club provided the usual marshalling to Radio Fairs. Thanks to Ray and Paul for having us on board. It was good to see all the familiar faces in the queues outside prior to the opening of the Rally. All the usual suspects were there exhibiting and keeping the customers happy. Yaesu Kenwood and Icom were there demonstrating their latest, and the dealers were busy selling. The club also had the privileged access to several tables, selling members’ “knick-knacks”, including Oscilloscopes, and other radio related devices. Usual thanks to those of our members who were there from 6 am helping to check in the dealers, through to those helping with Marshalling, Cashiering, Security and other jobs.
Overall, a great day out for the club. Well done all. Until the next one in November
