the Foundation, Intermediate and Advance levels

Foundation Course Starting  *:- Dates for this year are to be confirmed and dependant on the number of people applying.Foundation Exam (candidates will need photo ID) 

The course normally runs on a Wednesday Eve 19:30 to 21:30 (Six evenings, 7th evening Exam)

Seven Wednesday evenings

Course with exam:- Subject to numbers, we expect the cost to be in the region of £53.00. RSGB exam fee is required.

You will need to buy a Foundation Now book

(about £5 from the RSBG note this should be a new book as the syllabus has been changed as from 1st June 2009)

Intermediate Course Starting

*:- Intermediate course Dates for this year are to be confirmed and generally follow on from the Foundation Course.

The course normally runs on a Wednesday Evening  19:30 to 21:30 (Seven evenings, 8th evening Exam)
Course with exam £ – is subject to numbers attending.  RSGB exam fee is required.

Full / Advance (No Course) *:- Exam Only – Advanced Exam

Whitton Amateur Radio Group in West London is a registered examination centre for all levels of licence and at the present time is offering courses for the Foundation and Intermediate levels.

Online Practice Exams – www.Hamtests.co.uk maintained by a Whitton Club member

Whitton is not offering an Advanced examination course at present, but plan to offer revision evenings before each exam.
